We process your personal data which falls under the following categories of data:
- Name
- Date of birth,
- Business address and other addresses of the customer,
- contact details (telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, etc.)
- Bank details, credit card details,
- order data.
We store your IP address in order to be able to track misuse, such as ordering under a false name.
You have voluntarily provided us with data about yourself and we process this data on the basis of your consent for the following purposes:
- Customer care as well as
- for our own advertising purposes, for example to send you offers, advertising brochures and newsletters (in paper and electronic form), as well as for the purpose of referring to the existing or former business relationship with the customer (reference).

The data you provide is also required to fulfil the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.
We store your data in any case for the duration of the respective contract fulfilment and the legal storage obligations (according to the Austrian Commercial Code and the Federal Fiscal Code). Unless you object, we will also store your data beyond this on the basis of our legitimate interest for direct advertising for up to three years after the last contact with you.
Data is only passed on to third parties insofar as this is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract. When booking events, we transmit the order data to the necessary extent to the respective organisers or local ticket agencies. If data transfer to countries outside the EU or the EEA is necessary, the secure handling of the data is guaranteed by an adequacy decision of the EU Commission or by contractual clauses agreed with the recipient for the handling of the data.

Legal Remedies
You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability and objection. To do so, please contact us. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, the data protection authority is responsible.
