Ticket Ordering
Ticket orders placed with Tritsch-Tratsch Veranstaltungs GmbH via the homepage, by telephone or by e-mail are binding. After a successful booking on our homepage you will receive a booking confirmation and an invoice. For group bookings via our homepage, you will receive a message after a successful booking request as to whether the booking request made can be fulfilled. According to your invoice, payment will be made according to the means of payment you have chosen. Delivery of your tickets will be made according to the delivery option you have chosen.
Cancellation
Cancellation of tickets for events of Tritsch-Tratsch Veranstaltungs GmbH is generally excluded. Ticket orders (not in combination with dinner) made via our homepage can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the concert. Ticket orders in combination with dinner made via our website can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the concert. After these deadlines, ticket orders can no longer be cancelled.
You can rebook for another date without charge – subject to availability – up to 48 hours before the concert you originally booked.
Please note that the return of e-tickets is excluded without exception and cancellation is not possible.
Program Changes
Cast, date and/or program changes are reserved and do not entitle you to return tickets. Postponements of the start of the performance do not entitle the purchased ticket to be returned.
House Rules
The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission for important reasons. The use of the cloakroom is compulsory for coats, jackets, umbrellas, rucksacks and the like. It is forbidden to bring animals into the concert hall, with an exception for official assistance dogs.
